ABOUT US

Under Construction was founded over 13 years ago by Duan Carnaby, whose business philosophy for building and remodeling homes is two-fold: to build homes as if he were going to live in them and to treat customers and subcontractors as he would like to be treated. It is this commitment to honest, personalized relationships that is responsible for Under Construction’s high quality reputation in residential construction and remodeling throughout Indianapolis.

All successful relationships in business and in life are based on developing mutual trust. A homeowner needs to know that their builder has the integrity to do what they say they are going to do and that their builder is delivering value for each dollar invested in their home.

At Under Construction, creating quality and delivering value starts with subcontractors who are carefully screened for the quality of their effort and their dedication to maintaining the good name of Under Construction. Their constant contact with the owner exemplifies the commitment they have to give you the home of your dreams.

Each new construction or remodeling project is run and supervised daily by Duan Carnaby, owner of Under Construction. Because Under Construction is a “Custom Builder/Remodeler”, each design meets the individual client’s wants, needs, and desires. Under Duan’s experienced guidance, you take part in the decisions concerning the design, style and progress of your individual project. From concept to completion, Duan has worked hard to earn and maintain the trust of his clients. He is your project supervisor and your production coordinator. Duan is in contact with you, the client, on a one-to-one basis at all times, and is on site daily to control the project to make sure your needs are satisfied, your ideas are accomplished, and that your home becomes your dream home.
